By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Eligibility and Use of the Services
By using the Services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes
We reserve the right to refuse service on legitimate grounds at any time, in compliance with applicable law, including the UK Equality Act 2010. We do not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic.
3. Products and Services
Product Information
We aim to display product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications as accurately as possible. However:
• Hair colour, texture, lace tone, and density may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings
• Minor variations may occur due to sourcing, processing, or craftsmanship
• Lengths, weights, and measurements may be approximate
Such variations do not constitute defects.
Wigs, Hair & Hygiene Products
Due to the nature of hair and beauty products:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered to qualify for returns where permitted
• Products showing signs of wear, installation, cutting, styling, washing, heat, or product use may not be eligible for return
Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Some products are made to order or customised, including custom lace sizes or closures, bespoke cap construction, and custom colour, density, length, or texture selections.
Where this applies:
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet commenced. After this window, cancellation may not be possible
• Production times are estimates only and may vary due to complexity or demand
• Returns may be limited in accordance with UK consumer law and applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. UK customers are charged in GBP (£). US customers are charged in USD ($). Other international customers may see prices in GBP or a supported local currency depending on their region. Any currency conversion is handled at the point of payment and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
We accept payment via:

• PayPal
• Klarna (subject to eligibility and availability in your region)
• Clearpay (subject to eligibility and availability in your region)
• PayPal Pay Later (subject to eligibility and availability in your region)
Buy Now, Pay Later (“BNPL”) options are offered at our discretion and are subject to the terms and eligibility criteria of the respective BNPL provider. If an order is cancelled or refunded, any refund will be processed to the original payment method. Customers using BNPL services remain responsible for managing their instalment arrangements directly with
their provider.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, and to correct pricing or typographical errors (you will be notified and may cancel if affected). Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:
• Accept or decline orders
• Limit quantities per customer or per order
• Cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
• Product availability and custom production timelines
• Courier or logistics delays
• Customs processing for international orders
• Events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 16: Force Majeure)
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover of your order to the courier or postal carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, any loss or damage in transit is subject to the courier’s terms and any applicable insurance. You must inspect items upon receipt and report any issues within a reasonable timeframe.
For US and international customers: delivery timescales and costs will be displayed at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
• Your statutory consumer rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are not affected by these Terms
• US customers may have additional rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws
• Hygiene, worn, altered, or custom items may be excluded from standard returns
• Items must be returned in their original condition where returns are accepted

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, product photography, designs, logos, graphics and trademarks is the property of Kora Strand or its licensors.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission
• Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without authorisation
9. User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content:
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce such content for marketing and promotional purposes, for as long as the content remains associated with your account or order, or until you withdraw consent
• You confirm that your content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
10. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• All activity conducted under your account
We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services, including payment processors and BNPL providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at legal@korastrand.com. We will aim to resolve any concerns within 30 days of receiving your complaint in good faith before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, courier or logistics failures, or supplier disruptions. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact of any such event and will notify you as soon as practicable.
17. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and International Customers
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer based outside the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country or state. These Terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable mandatory local law.
